Scope

This is a business-to-business website for visitors considering sewn pet-product sourcing, development or supply coordination. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The use of this website and its information is also subject to our Terms of Service.

Information we collect

When you submit the project enquiry form, we receive the information you choose to provide. The form currently asks for:

• your name and email address, and your company and telephone number if provided;
• optional project details such as buyer type, target market, quantity range, buying task, range theme and private-label preference;
• optional timing information and whether the product category is still undecided;
• your project description; and
• any optional reference files you attach.

We may also receive product or category context from the page that led to the enquiry, including the product reference or category you were viewing, the source page address and limited campaign attribution. This context helps us understand the request without asking you to repeat it.

When you use the website, the website and its service providers may receive technical information such as request time, requested pages, browser and device information, network information, security signals and approximate location derived from network data.

How we use information

We use information to:

• review and respond to project and privacy enquiries;
• understand the product, category, market and timing connected with a request;
• coordinate follow-up, estimates, samples and project discussions;
• maintain business records and protect the website from misuse;
• understand website use and improve its content and operation; and
• comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use information submitted through the enquiry form for automated decision-making.

Cookies, local storage and analytics

The website can be read without creating an account or making a purchase. The current public site loads the following third-party measurement services:

The site’s enquiry attribution code stores the landing page, external referrer and any utm_, Google Ads or Meta campaign parameters in sessionStorage under the key wb-attribution. This information remains in that browser tab’s session storage and is attached to an enquiry only when the form is submitted.

Your browser can block or delete cookies and site storage and can send privacy controls such as Do Not Track. Blocking these technologies may reduce analytics and attribution but does not prevent you from reading the site.

WhatsApp contact

The WhatsApp button opens an external WhatsApp conversation with a suggested enquiry followed by the address of the page you are viewing. You can edit the message before sending it. The website does not send a WhatsApp message automatically. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy terms when you use that service. A button marked Demo uses a demonstration number and is not a working contact channel.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers to host and operate the website, deliver content, provide security, process website interactions, store enquiry records and support business communications. Current categories include:

Storage and retention

Project enquiries are stored in the website’s controlled database. Reference files submitted with an enquiry are kept separately from public website media and are not published as part of the product catalogue.

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and conduct follow-up, maintain appropriate business records and resolve questions. We do not currently apply one automatic deletion period to every enquiry because the appropriate period can depend on the stage and nature of the project.

Security

We use access controls, restricted storage and service-provider security measures appropriate to the information handled through the website. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your questions and requests

You may contact us to ask about this Privacy Policy or the information connected with an enquiry, or to request correction or deletion. Use the contact form and begin your message with “Privacy request”. Company and procurement details are optional; you can leave them blank for a privacy request. This is the current public privacy-contact route for the website.

Please provide only the details reasonably needed to identify and respond to your request. We may need to verify that a request relates to information we hold before acting on it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, its service providers or its handling of information changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will apply from the date shown after the updated policy is published.
